PA to the Associate Director of Development - PAN University

The Development Office works to secure philanthropic support for the University’s academic priorities and is currently undertaking a major fundraising campaign for the collegiate University. We are looking for a highly versatile and motivated team-player to join us and make a significant contribution to key relationships for the University.

Flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities, you will provide vital support to the Associate Director responsible for pan-university fundraising. Your role will include diary management, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, and a wide range of significant administrative support. This support will focus on advancing relationships with some of Oxford’s most significant donors and will provide insight in to leadership fundraising.

Quick to learn and keen to gain an understanding of the University, you’ll also have significant experience with Microsoft Office, a working knowledge of CRM databases, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also possess a flair for organisation with a proactive, flexible and helpful approach to work. Sensitive handling of confidential information is also vital.
