TEL Support Officer

With the University’s continuing investment in digital learning, this new post offers an exciting opportunity to support the use of Technology Enhanced Learning and thereby to enrich the teaching and learning experience of students and staff at the University of Reading.

As part of a professional and dynamic support team, you will develop and provide first and second line support and to be a point of contact to academic and administrative staff across the organisation in their use of a range of learning technologies. You will also support other team members in the delivery of services and collaborations with Schools and Professional Services.

You will have:

  • knowledge of VLEs (e.g. Blackboard, Moodle) and other learning technologies
  • experience in supporting others with their day-to-day use of technology
  • excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • a friendly, confident and professional attitude
