Teaching Fellow in History

University of Sussex - History, Art History, and Philosophy – Department of History

Hours: part time (0.3 FTE)
Contract: fixed term until 30 June 2018

The School of History, Art History and Philosophy at the University of Sussex wishes to appoint a Teaching Fellow in the area of contemporary history. Expertise in British, European and/or American popular experience and popular cultures is especially welcome. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of two modules – an undergraduate module Time and Place: 1984: Thatcher’s Britain and a postgraduate module Resistance and the Archive. Programme content, reading lists, seminar and lecture plans, and course materials (including guidance on different assessment formats) are already in place for each module.
